31.10.2011 Vihula Manor being completed (e-News)

31.10.2011 Following 4 years of intensive renovation works, Vihula Manor in the Lahemaa Nationalpark in North Estonia is being completed as a full service manor resort this autumn. Behind the picturesque central grounds of the estate a number of historical buildings are being reconstructed to create a number of unique leisure and entertainment facilities, which are being integrated into an ecological and up-market resort with a romantic village feel – Vihula Manor Holiday Village. Already this summer the first facilities were ready including Water Mill with Visitor Centre, Lifestyle Café, Post Office, Manor Museum and a Design & Fashion Shop, Kaval-Ants Tavern & Terrace, a rustic countryside style tavern, Vihula Manor Mini-Golf, the largest mini-golf facility in the Baltic countries, Vihula Manor Sport Arena for tennis and teamsports, Vihula Manor Leisure Centre with Party Room, Saunas and Terraces and Vihula Manor Eco-Farm, an ecologically operated farm with farm animals. At the moment the last facilities are being completed including Cattle Barn with an in-door swimming pool, Vodka Distillery with a Vodka Museum and Wind Mill with a Viewing Platform. Besides, a number of new rooms and suites are being constructed and Vihula Manor Country Club & Spa will in 2012 offer 65 luxurious and comfortable rooms and suites.
